Additional Details
Lieutenant Colonel Bogiages was a member of the 357th Tactical Fighter Squadron, Takhli Air Base, Thailand. On March 2, 1969, he was the pilot of a Thunderchief Fighter (F-105D) on a mission over the Plain of Jars in Laos. His aircraft was shot down 5 miles southwest of Ban Na Mai, Xiangkhoang Province.
35 years later, his remains were found, identified, and repatriated. He was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery. |
