Additional Details
2nd Lt Richard M Ingram was born in 1917 in Reedville, Washington County, Oregon. He enlisted in the US Air Corps at Portland, Oregon on February 20, 1941.
He was on the crew of B-24 Liberator bomber #41-28615 "Ginnie" during a mission to Gotha, Germany. They were hit by enemy aircraft fire, then crashed and exploded in the North Sea near the coast of Rotterdam, Holland.
We identified 10 casualties in our archive related to the #41-28615 incident on February 22, 1944.
